Christmas Guide 2018 - Food & Drink Gifts

It's that time of year again, I can't believe it came around so quickly! I have been busy since the end of August searching and gathering all the best items you need to have this Christmas. Rather than have an endless guide I have split it into sections again, as this worked well last year. This guide is for food and drinks based gifts.
Celia Lager is 100% organic and brewed using just three ingredients, CELIA Organic is a premium craft Czech lager ideal for even the most discerning lager drinker.  Moravian malt sourced from the Bohemian region, 100% locally sourced organic Saaz hops and sand-filtered water from the Žatec foothills combine to create a delicious, refreshing lager with a delicate bitterness and a hint of citrus, which also has the added benefit of being gluten-free.
Opies’ extensive range of preserved fruits with alcohol turns simple sweets into magnificent creations in minutes. They’re a great go-to for a quick dessert when served with ice cream or crème Fraiche but creative cooks can use them in so many ways. To showcase their true versatility Opies have created a series of simple and delicious recipes which will help transform ordinary to outstanding. The collection of recipes uses their range of Blackberries with Gin, Black Cherries with Kirsch and Peaches with Courvoisier. Each of the fruits is carefully hand bottled into stunning globe jars, preserved in a light syrup and gently infused with a liqueur that perfectly complements the soft fruits. They are also ideal for small gifts, stocking fillers or as part of a home-styled hamper. They provide a luxurious, affordable solution and have a wide-appeal so they’ll be as suitable for a Secret Santa pick as for a present for the next door neighbours. The limited edition fruits with alcohol range are only available in store from October through to December. Find them in Waitrose in the desserts aisle and in Tesco’s canned fruit aisle or buy online from Ocado priced at £6.99.
