Pinypon Fairytale Review

We were contacted to see if Miss S would like to try out some of the Pinypon range. Miss S loves little figures and playsets so we, of course, said yes. We were sent a lovely box featuring items from the Fairytale collection. Check out our Youtube video and see me unboxing our delivery and see what Miss S thought of its contents too.

The collection is available from most toys stores including Toysrus and priced at £4.99 for the single figurines and £14.99 for the carriage play set and figurine multi-pack.
The Pinnochio figures came with our very own little Figaro cat, a paint brush, paint pot and drawing pad. Mary Poppins is amazing, she is definitely my favourite and she comes with her signature bag and umbrella.
We love the Peter Pan set which comes with Peter, Hook and Tinkerbell. You also get a whole host of accessories with the set to use with your figures. The princess carriage is most definitely Miss S favourite item we were sent. The only thing she keeps asking for is the horses!
I love how interactive all the Pinypon items are, they all have holes in their hands and heads. These holes allow you to attach the provided accessories onto the figures. Another great feature is the 22-way heads on the figures, you just take their hair off and turn the head round and you have a different expression. You can also interchange the heads, hair and accessories so your child can get really creative and mix up their collection. Miss S loves to do this and it was a big draw to her.
As I expected she did indeed love playing with the Pinypon, she renamed them all to her own standards! She got busy right away and soon identified that you can switch their hair and faces, soon Pinocchio had Mary Poppins hair. She really enjoyed the princess carriage and was easily able to open and close it independently. She loved the treasure chest it came with and discovering all the bits and pieces inside. The Pinypon toys get a big thumbs up from both of us and we have really enjoyed playing with them. I think we will definitely be investing in more of the collection.

Braun BGK7050 Body Grooming Kit

The Braun BGK 7050 body grooming kit allows you to epilate, trim and shave all with one tool. The unique combination of all three features provides all-round body grooming. Code-Grip tweezer technology removes hairs as short as 0.5mm from the root, whilst the shaver head provides an effortlessly smooth shave. It has a powerful rechargeable li-ion battery, which charges in 1 hour for a 40-minute cordless shave. It can be used wet or dry and comes with several different heads for multi uses. It has a pivoting head which combined with the code-grip technology means it gets even the shortest hairs. You have the option of 2 speeds which are selected by the dial on the front of the unit. Check out the video below for a demo of the unit on our Youtube channel.

It's a great piece of kit and as I said in the video its perfect for men and woman, so no need for 2 laying around the bathroom anymore. The multi heads and the choice to shave or epilate keeps everyone happy. Myself and Dave have given this a good test and we both love it. I love the large epilator attachment for shaving my legs and it leaves my skin silky smooth. Dave has tried the shaving attachment and it gives a good result for a quick dry shave.

This Easter Aldi has a fab range of items in the store to keep your little ones busy. I for one am always looking for stuff to keep the kids busy during their two week holiday. Our holiday started on Friday so this box of tricks that arrived over the weekend is going to be a great distraction and keep them busy on the run up to Easter. The range is in store this week and prices start from just 59p, get them whilst stocks last.
This little Easter activity pack is great, it comes with 2 fun activities included. The poster is used for the first game and the pack comes wth 4 game cards. the children have to count how many things they can see and write it on their game cards. It also has a fun game of pin the tail on the rabbit inside!
It wouldn't be Easter without a bit of easter bonnet making, would it? This kit comes with everything you need to make a stunning Easter bonnet. You can add bees, carrots, and brightly coloured Easter eggs to your bonnet.
How cute are these metal buckets? I love how bright and colourful they are and they are going to be great for my little ones to use for our Easter egg hunt. Afterwards, I am going to use them as plant pots in my garden as I just love the colours.
Whether you are looking for additions to your bonnets, making cards or even doing some Easter baking you will definitely need some of these. The little packs of chicks and rabbits are a great addition to your crafting box this Easter.
Here is another bonnet making kit, but this time made out of paper, it looks really simple to do and I am sure Cody is going to love making this with me.
There is a range of jigsaw books and each book contains 5 jigsaw puzzles for your little one to do. The books also tell the story of the nursery rhyme on the front cover, these would make fab gifts for any younger family members this Easter.
It wouldn't be a half term without some colouring in! It's an all round family favourite in our house and something everyone can enjoy. These giant colouring pads are fab, I will admit I was rather excited when I saw the owl one and I may have hidden that away for myself to doodle on!
