Weekly Weigh In - Week One

If you saw last weeks post Weekly Weigh In - The Restart you will know after a few weeks faffing around I am fully back on the weight loss wagon. It's now less than 5 weeks until I go on holiday I would like to get back to where I was before I stopped going to Slimming World. That means I have 1 stone 11 lbs to go to get to where I was. This week's results were....
I had quite a goo week, that included 2 meals out with the family. I did make good choices while I was out and stuck to meats and salads on the 1st meal out and pasta on the 2nd meal out. Towards the end of the week, I found a fab deal on Groupon for a muscle food meat hamper, it arrived on Monday and we now have meat for the next 2 weeks. My plan for the week ahead is to stick to syn free meals as much as possible, keep my daily syn allowance low and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. 
This Weeks Result - 3lb loss
Total Weight Loss - 1 stone 2lbs
This Weeks Goal -  3lbs loss
