Slimming World Weigh In Week 37

Do you know when you just feel like you are stuck on a treadmill? That's how I feel about the last 3 weeks about my Slimming World journey. I have just been going round in the same circle, being good for the first half of the week and drifting off for the second part of the week. I need to shape myself or all the weight I have lost is going to be creeping back on bit by bit.
I had a good chat to my consultant and she helped me get some perspective, I am also now a member of the groups social team. I am helping with the weigh in at both the 5pm group and the 7pm group. It's nice to sit and talk to the other ladies and see how well or how they are struggling.

I really want to have a good week this coming week, I have again meal planned to keep on track. The benefit this week is that I am out midweek, the time I aways seem to fall off plan. Here's hoping for a better week, I have a holiday to get slimmer for!

Start Weight - 20 stone 5lbs
Current Weight - 18st 2lbs
Target Weight - 16 stone (interim target)
This Weeks Result - 1lb gain
Total Weight Loss - 2 stone 2lbs
This Weeks Goal -  4lbs loss

  1. I used to love helping out at meetings. I'm so like you in that I'm good at the beginning of the week then drift towards the chocolate and fatty stuff towards the end when I'm supposed to be weighing in. Fingers crossed I can turn it around. Good luck this week :-)

  2. Totally know the feeling love, but the good news is, you do manage to find the rhythm again! Hope you are back on track this week! That is lovely that you will be helping out with the weigh -ins, it will certainly focus you and it will be lovely to chat to others who are also on a weight loss journey!
