Slimming World Week 38 Weigh In

If you saw last weeks post you will know that I have had a bit if a crap 3 weeks on plan. I have constantly fallen off the wagon and pigged dout on crap that I'm not supposed to have. I decided it was time to pull myself together and remember why I joined in the first place. I have 4 children, 3 of whom have special needs, I can't afford to drop dead with a heart attack or have joint problems due to being morbidly obese. I need to be healthy and try and do everything I can to make sure I am here for as long as possible.

So I got my books back out, planned my meals, did my daily work out and made sure I met my 10'000 steps every day. I also upped my water intake and had 3 litres of water every day. I realised midweek how much better I felt already, it really is true that you get back what you put in. I have eaten crap for 3 weeks and felt like crap, I feel so much better now my body getting the good stuff again. I headed to weigh in quietly confident that I was going to get a good loss this week.........................
I am so pleased it paid off, it really is the boost I needed to get me going in the right direction. So I have planned my meals for the week ahead and plan to do the same this week and hopefully have another good loss next week. I am hoping in the next 2 weeks to have my 3 stone award!
Start Weight - 20 stone 5lbs
Current Weight - 17st 12lbs
Target Weight - 16 stone (interim target)
This Weeks Result - 4lb loss
Total Weight Loss - 2 stone 7lbs
This Weeks Goal -  4lbs loss

  4. That is fantastic ... everyone trying to lose weight has a slump ... but thats when will power steps in ... and eventually you will either give up or do exactly what you did and jump back in with two feet !!

  5. Wow you have lost so much I need to try and get back to slimming world I started last year for a few months than gave up thought I could go it alone but that not working out need to join up again
