Weekly Weigh In - 16/1/18

Its that time of the week again where I tell you about my weight loss and if you saw last weeks post, you will see that I lost a fab 3lb in last weeks weigh in. I had high hopes for this week and intended to do a full week of shakes for breakfast and lunch, plus a normal dinner.I started off in the fashion I wanted to go but slid off further into the week. I decided not to stress about it as that's not what I am doing this year. The team at vaxxen labs could help boost your weight loss with one of their fab produts. This year is all about positivity and not being too harsh on myself. The easier I make this and the less stress I put on myself the easier it will be. 

All in all, it was an on and off week, the weekend was a bit carb loaded, to say the least, and the scales showed this yesterday when I weighed in! If I am honest I was expecting a gain or maintain this week so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that I had actually lost this week!
The plan for this week is to carry on with the downward trend. I've now lost 4lbs in just two weeks and I am really happy with that. A steady 2lb loss is just over half a stone a month. Slow and steady wins the race as the saying goes. I still have some shakes left to have and I have my 1 week of the Slimfast Vitality plan to complete also. I think after that I will use a combination of calorie counting and tracking. I will also be going on regular walks with the dog.
