Thomas & Friends MINIS Motorized Raceway

We have an impressive collection of Thomas & Friends tracks and playsets in our collection at the moment, you may have seen the Thomas & Percy Motorised Railway Race Set last week. Well, this week we have added another to that collection. The Thomas & Friends MINIS motorised raceway from Fisher Price priced at £39.99 and Mr C is overjoyed to have a new toy train set in his collection.
Thomas & Friends MINIS introduces motorised play for even more fun and excitement! It all starts when you send the included Thomas and James MINIS up the steep vertical lift. The MINIS climb up automatically as the motorised playset lifts them up for an action-packed, multi-track adventure! When the MINIS reach the top of the set, turn the switch to choose your track.
I was really impressed with this setup, the plastic moulded pieces all click together nicely and are well made. I loved how easy the whole set was to build and how impressive it looks when it's up. The engines climb the steep hill  and once at the top there are 3 tracks for the engines to choose. The water track which sends the engines down the waterfall and into a 360-degree loop! The next track is the free fall drop when you are headed towards a broken track. The final track looks like it is going nowhere as your engine falls off the edge and roll upside down. The set comes with exclusive Thomas and James engine and we also got a pack of 3 additional engines to maximise the fun.
The kids had a great time playing with this fab set and it has gone down a storm, they loved moving the selector at the top of the track and choosing which way the engines go down. We did find that the hill climb freezes sometimes when too many engines are on it. The engines also sometimes get stuck at the bottom of the loop, but the kids got them back on track and the fun continued.
It provided the children with lots of entertainment and quickly became their favourite Thomas & Friends set that we own. I think the thrill of it looking like a fairground ride drew their attention and they happily played for a while. We made a little video for our Youtube channel so you can see what it looks like in action.

Impressive isn't it? We are sure this will be a great seller for all Thomas & Friends fans, it is only suitable for ages 3 plus. This is due to the small engines that can be easily put in the mouth, so it's only suitable for your slightly older Thomas & Friends fans.
Thanks For Reading
