Back To School With Nutmeg at Morrisons

Next up in our Back To School feature is some fab uniform items from Nutmeg at Morrisons. I have 4 children all in school uniforms so cost is a big factor for us. Morrisons has launched a 200-day ‘No Quibble’ quality guarantee across its Nutmeg children’s clothing to assure parents that their school uniform will survive the wear and tear of the playground. Morrisons ‘No Quibble’ policy is intended to give customers confidence ahead of the new school year and beyond and is available across the entire Nutmeg range. If you’re not happy with ANY* Nutmeg item, for any reason, you can return it up to 200 days after you bought it. Morrisons have kitted out my 3 primary aged children for just £41.
For Miss S we were sent a triple pack of grey tights £5, grey pinafore £5, girls school shirt £4 and school cardigan £4. The pinafore has a lovely fitted look and the material feels really sturdy. It also has nice permanent pleats all around and a zip that pulls down to the waist. It is a really nice length to and sits below Miss S's knee by about a inch and a half, and she is tall for her age. The pinafore is Teflon treated to it repels dirt and stains which is a bonus for me as Miss S gets really mucky at school. I love the detailing in the school shirt, the ribbed lines give it a fitted look and I love the frill detail on the collar. The tights are really thick and look like they will last for a while. The school cardigan has a colour stay guarantee, so it will always stay the same colour and its super soft.
Mr C was sent a 2 pack of grey school trousers £6, a 2 pack of polo shirts £2 and a v neck jumper £3. The trousers are great quality for only £3 per pair, they have adjustable waists which are great for Mr C as he has a tiny waist, the length is perfect for him, so no hemming required. The polo shorts seems nice and breathable, Mr C prefers a polo shirt to a collared shirt, it's easier for him to dress himself without lots of buttons. The polo shirt has just 3 buttons, so nice and easy, teamed with the v neck school jumper
For Mr D I was sent black trousers £4, long sleeve shirt £4 and v neck jumper £5 for his back to school get up. He hasn't worn a long sleeve shirt before, so I was wondering how he would feel about it, thankfully he said it was comfortable and the buttons aren't too fiddly. The trousers although a large age 10-11 still have the great adjustable waist. All items in the uniform collection have built in name tapes, so you can just get a fabric pen and write their names, no more cutting, sewing or ironing in labels.
The whole uniform collection is available in store now, there is a full-colour range available in the trousers, jumpers, polos and collared shirts. They are available in size age 3 right through to your teenagers, you can't go wrong with the great prices and the fab 200 no quibble guarantee.
Thanks For Reading
Mandy
*I was sent the above items for the purpose of an honest review
