Slimming World Weigh In Week 40

There was no update from me last week, I was really busy and really tired thanks to Miss S going through a stage of not sleeping again. This means I am awake at all hours and inevitable pick at all the wrong foods. At the weekend I headed off the a blogging conference. It was full of lots of lovely bloggers that I haven't seen for a few years and also full of lots of off plan goodies. It was only 1 day and I had already decided I was going to be off plan.
It was just what I needed and I had a really relaxed day not worrying about what I was putting in and counting syns. I have had a couple of shaky moths on plan and on Monday, I nearly quit and didn't go back to group. I am glad I did though and I have am ready to start fresh and start losing again.
I knew I was heading for a gain, and gain I did a whole 3lbs, so I am back to a 2 stone loss, its crazy that you can gain half a stone in 2 weeks!!

Start Weight - 20 stone 5lbs
Current Weight - 18st 5lbs
Target Weight - 16 stone (interim target)
This Weeks Result - 3lb gain
Total Weight Loss - 2 stone
This Weeks Goal -  4lbs loss

  3. Weight gain always amazes me - it goes on far too quickly and takes pure effort to even work 1lb off! It was fantastic to see you on Sunday and it was definitely the right day to take off! You get back on it love, you are doing so well! Thank you for linking up with #WeightLossWednesday! Sim xx

  5. I think you have been doing so great over your SW journey, and maybe just having time of not worrying about syns etc was a good thing - I know it meant a bit of a gain but better that than quitting AND you've still lost 2 Stone, that is brilliant!
    Good Luck this week
