Zootropolis Judy's Carrot Recorder and Badge Review

You may have seen the images on my social media of the lovely Zootropolis toys we were sent for review from Tomy. If you didn't, then we were sent 3 of the toys from the range and the children have been busy trying them out over the past week or so.
I am going to be sharing the details of each toy individually and I am running a giveaway to win all 3 toys in the range soon. The first toy I am going to be sharing with you is Judy's Carrot recorder and Badge Set, priced at £12.99.
Take to the streets of Disney’s Zootropolis, a city like nothing you’ve ever seen be-fur! Now you too can carry the two things Judy Hopps always has with her when she’s clearing the streets of crime: her Zootropolis Police Department badge and her trusty carrot recorder! Suspects will need to be careful what they say… the carrot never forgets! This carrot may look like the bunny’s lunchtime snack, but it’s a convincing disguise. The carrot comes with lights and sounds and can record sound and play it back! Simply press the button and start taking down the evidence! These highly detailed toys from TOMY capture the magic of the original movie and provide hours of role-play fun. Part of an extensive “animal-made” range of figures, vehicles and story pack adventure sets, all faithfully reproduced! Create your very own Zootropolis, a city where animals walk around on two feet, get dressed in the morning and use technology every day. Where mammals fast and slow, large and small all have to abide by the law!
This funky piece of kit is an essential for all Officers of the law! It may look just like a lunchtime snack but it's cunningly disguised. The carrot allows Judy to record and play back anything she wants at the touch of a button. Combined with the big gold badge its a piece of kit all the kids will love. My first impressions of the carrot recorder were very good, it's nice and chunky and looks well made. It was very easy to slide to switch on/off anf the record function is easy to use. Mr C is 5 and was easily able to use it, the suggested age range is ages 3 and up, I think a 3 year old would easily be able to use the carrot recorder. Mr. C definitely agrees, he loved the carrot recorder and had a blast recording all manner of silly noises. Its the perfect toy for encouraging some imaginative play opportunities. I also think its a great price at only £12.99, which is great for branded merchandise. It's a must have for any of your little Zootropolis fans. Make sure you keep your eyes out for our other 2 Zootropolis reviews and our blog giveaway soon. I will leave you with our Zootropolis Youtube vlog.
Thanks For Reading
