Slimming World Weigh In Week 29

Despite all my good planning last week I fell off the wagon again this weekend, its seems to becoming a bit of a bad habit. Its really frustrating as I had been doing so well up until Christmas and so wish now I had stayed on plan. On a positive note I have had some good losses since Christmas but just can't seem to get my head back in it.
I have decided that I need to go right back to basics, so I have reread my books, I always meal plan and write food down which is recommended. I need to up my water intake and start exercising regularly again. Since starting college and my work placement finding time to go to the gym has been hard. I really need to learn to manage my time better. I have been a stay at home Mum for so long I have never had to manage my time. As long as the children were ok I would wing the rest.
I am now 1.5lbs away from my interim target and 3.5lbs away from my 2 and a half stone, I set my goal this week as 1.5lb loss. I did this as I know Sturday evening is going to be off plan, I am having my monthly girls night in with the bestie and it always includes Dominoes and wine. So the plan is to be good as gold all week and save all my syns for the weeken.
Start Weight - 20 stone 5lbs
Current Weight - 18 stone 1.5lb
Target Weight - 18 stone (interim target)
Last Weeks Target - 3lb loss
This Weeks Result - 0.5lb gain
Total Weight Loss - 2 stone 3.5lbs
This Weeks Goal -  1.5lbs

  2. Even though you have fallen off the wagon a couple of times you are doing an amazing job, I'm hoping to be able to say that I've lost a stone but I really need to knuckle down and get my head round it

I was reading somewhere that now is the time that it is hardest to keep to your New Year's resolutions because the initial burst of motivation is wearing off and you feel like you've been good for long enough to let a few bad habits slip back in. Allowing for a night off sounds like a great plan to me - fingers crossed you reach your target next week xx

  11. So close to your interim target -that is amazing! Going back to basics is one of the best things to do when you have come slightly off track. I am totally off track at the moment having enjoyed a childfree week and am somewhat getting myself back on but need a goal to get to. Water intake is a must, one of my top tips and I've just stocked up again today myself! Hope you are having a good week and you enjoyed your girl's night in!
