Slimming World Weigh In Week 27

I had a really good week food wise and had eaten lots and lots of speed. It's clear to see from my Instagram that my meals are nearly always 50% speed foods! By Friday afternoon I had used 102 of my 105 available syns. I know weekends are always difficult, so on Friday I prepared by going shopping for lots of fruit and low syn treats to see me through. The hubby decided late Friday night he was hungry and ordered a kebab and it was from the takeaway who sell the BEST oreo cheesecake and I was powerless to resist temptation.
If it was just the cheesecake I wouldn't have felt too bad, but once I slip off the wagon I struggle to get back on. I spent most of Saturday grazing on the contents of the treat cupboard :( But I was at my mates on Saturday night and she's great at keeping me on track and she made a lovely Slimming World friendly meal. I was also extra good on Sunday. I was hoping I had done enough to redeem my shameless snacking!! It seems I had and I was rewarded......
I am really pleased with the result and it spurred me on for the rest of the month. As its a new month I also have new monthly goals which I have set. They are also over on my instagram account

I have my meals planned as always and I have also started planning my lunches, the easiest time to slip off the wagon is when I am stood in front of the fridge deciding what to eat. Since I found out my porridge choice is now synned I have been eating more yoghurts, they are so easy in the morning, I do miss my nice warm porridge but can't be mithered to faff about with a pan! I set my weekly target at group and am determined to hit it next week. If I do hit my weekly target every week between now and the end of the month I should see my 3 stone award on February 29th weigh in!
Last Weeks Target - 3lb loss
This Weeks Result - 2lb loss
Total Weight Loss - 2 stone 2 lbs
This Weeks Goal -  3lbs

  1. You're doing brilliantly, despite falling off the wagon. I did laugh at your opening statement though - drugs are bad !! lol ;-)

  4. Well done on losing 2lb this week despite a few treats. You just made me realise my porridge should be syned - it's changed a bit since I last did Slimming World. Oops! Good luck for your next week in!

  5. I can't give up the porridge just yet but I will do when it gets warmer in the mornings! We all fall off the wagon but I think the main thing is to start the following day with the thought that "Today is a brand new Day". Weekends are always difficult for me too because of other people being around and eating what they want but I am getting better and I couldn't survive without fat free yoghurt!! 6. Awww wow! That is absolutely fantastic chick, you are doing so well! Love the 'stay in the wagon' at the weekends! I find they are the most difficult time for me - the days when it is so ridiculously hard to be on a diet or even contemplate starting a diet. You can do it - 3lbs to go and then you have reached one of your targets - totally behind you this week, you can do it! Thank you so much for linking up with #WeightLossWednesday and hope to see you next week! Sim xx
