Slimming World Week 24 Weigh In and Meal Plan

I have had a really good week and it feels really good to be fully 110% back on the Slimming World wagon. I had pre planned all my meals last week, as I always do, but I actually stuck to all my meal plan this week and ate everything I said I was going to. So for a change this week I had to do a full weekly shop, I am really trying to cut down on food waste this year. So I have been freezing my left over veggies before my new food shop gets delivered
They are ideal for throwing into casseroles, bolognaise or anything really. I'm probably only saving pennies, but its better than throwing away a full bag of peppers and onions! As well as sticking to the food plan this week I also managed 3 gym sessions and 1 swimming session. So I think I got my full quota of body magic, I also exceeded my 10'000 a day step limit in my FitBit Monday - Friday. All last weeks hard work resulted in...... minus 2.5lbs this week.

My plan for this week is pretty much the same, gym 3 times and swimming once and stick to the meal plan all week. Speaking of the meal plan, here it is.
Saturday
Sweet & Sour Pork With Mushrooms
Sunday
Sunday Lunch
Monday
Tuesday
Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas Slimming World Style
Wednesday
Caribbean Gammon & Sweet Potato Fries
Thursday
Friday
Away for Weekend so eating out
but staying on plan!
I really enjoyed trying lots of new recipes last week, so it made me drag all my books out again this week and find more inspiration. Fingers crossed for another good week and another good loss!
This Weeks Result - minus 2.5 lbs
Total Weight Loss - 2 stone
This Weeks Goal -  3lbs
