#SynFree Mexican Chicken and Rice

I have a yummy Mexican style chicken dish to share with you today, its takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and around 15 minutes to cook, so its ideal if you want something in a hurry.
Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Bag of boil in the bag rice/ 1 Cup of Rice
10 Cherry Tomatoes 
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
1 Onion
1 Lime
1 Bunch of Coriander
Method
Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Mix Paprika, mix the juice of a lime, salt and pepper
Add chicken to the mix, stir and leave to sit
Put rice onto cook
Peel and chop half the onion
Cut tomatoes into quarters
Roughly cut the coriander
Cook the chicken in a wok until cooked through
Drain Rice
Add to Wok with chicken
Add the tomatoes and onions to the wok
Add all but 1 tablespoon of the coriander to the wok
Give it a good stir
Divide into serving bowls
Garnish with remaining Coriander
