#SynFree Crustless Mini Quiches

I keep seeing this recipe popping up everywhere recently, I first saw it on the lovely Mrs Shilt's blog way before I joined Slimming World and thought they looked delicious. Now I'm on plan I knew I and to try them out, they are perfect for breakfast or lunch with a big salad.
Ingredients
6 Eggs
100g Quark
Filling of your choice, I made ham and pepper and mushroom and onion
Method
Preheat oven to 180
Cut your filling into small cubed sized pieces
Crack all the eggs and beat till mixed
Add the quark and give a good mix to get rid of lumps
Pop your filling into the bottom of your silicone cases
(if you don't have silicone moulds, use a bun tray and fry light)
Pour over the egg and quark mix
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
Completely syn free food! You could use cheese from your HEB choice if you fancy
Enjoy Mandy

  3. These look lovely, I made similar last week but just poured eggs over without mixing with quark. Someone in my group suggested adding cottage cheese to the egg mix so I think I'll try either that or your way with quark next time.
