As usual all my meals this week will be slimming world friendly and all either syn free of include my HEA and HEB choice to make them still free.

Lunches will be the usual salad, jacket potato or bacon, egg and beans and maybe a few tuna pastas. Although I have been scouring my slimming world books for some inspired lunch ideas to stop me getting bored. I have swapped my weetabix for porridges this week to and I am trying to up my yoghurt intake.
