#MealPlanningMonday - 17/08/2015

Im linking up with At Home With Mrs M for Meal Planning Monday, you can see last weeks post here. I stuck with all my planned meals this week and have resisted the urge to pick! Last weeks Slimming World weigh in saw a 1 pound loss, which I was pretty chuffed with as I was sure I was going to gain. This week I am hoping for a loss of at least 1 and half pound, which if I get will see me get my half stone badge! I'm staying fully on plan again this week and have all my meals and snacks planned.

Pizza Topped Chicken

Sunday
Sunday Lunch
Lunches wll be the usual salad, jacket potato or bacon, egg and beans and maybe a few tuna pastas. Although I have been scouring my slimming world books for some inspired lunch ideas to stop me getting bored.
