#MealPlanningMonday - 10/08/2015

Im linking up with At Home With Mrs M for Meal Planning Monday, you can see last weeks post here. I stuck with all my planned meals, but sadly the urge to pick in between hit hard last week! Last weeks Slimming World weigh in saw a 4 and half loss, which I was pretty chuffed with, this week I am not so hopeful! But today is a new day and a new week and I fully intend to stick to this weeks plan 100% including no snacking inbetween.

Monday
Home Made Syn Free Burgers (barmcake and cheese are HEA and HEB choice)
Tuesday
Chicken Fajita Tacos (taco shells 3 syns each)
Wednesday
Chilli Spaghetti Bolognaise (Syn Free)
Thursday
Paprika Pork Steaks with Veg and Jacket Potato (Syn Free)
Friday
Chicken Pepper Pasta (Syn Free)
Saturday
Cottage Pie (Syn Free)
Sunday 
Sunday Lunch (Syn Free)

Lunches wll be the usual salad, jacket potato or bacon, egg and beans and maybe a few tuna pastas. I bought myself some syn free passata this week to so I'm hoping to bulk out on pasta to stop me picking this week.

  3. Well done on the weight loss! I have said that after our holiday I am getting back on with SW again but I'm just feeling too lazy to at the moment! That gives me a week to over indulge the back to the healthy me. Your meal plan all sounds lovely and great for SW x #mealplanningmonday
