The #SlimFastChallenge

For the next 14 days I am going to be taking part in the Slim Fast Challenge and have received the above items to help me on my journey. I am going to be taking par in the 321 plan which is 3 Slim Fast snacks, 2 Slim Fast meal replacement bars/shakes and a 600 calorie meal. Sounds easy enough but as I know all to well from trying and failing previously it never is.

I have battled with my weight for years and yo-yo dieted, I don't think there is a diet I haven't tried. I recently signed up to a weight loss management plan with my GP so I liaised with them first to make sure they where happy for me to go ahead, which they where.

So today is day one, the contents of my parcel look great, there are some lovely flavoured bottles shakes and I am particularly looking forward to trying the Mocha shake, I have heard its lovely ice cold.

I'm hoping doing he challenge will give me the kick start of motivation that I need, make sure you check back next Monday and see how the first week went.
