Fathers Day with Getting Personal

With Fathers Day fast approaching I have got together with some of my favourite brands to bring you some gift ideas for the Dad in your life.  Let's face it you can only go on for so long getting the same socks and aftershave combo.
First up is one of my favourite online gift stores Getting Personal. I the range of personalisable gifts that they offer and I am sharing with you my pick of some of the pieces that I love. I am a sucker for things that can be personalised so I headed straight to that section.
The first thing I saw was this beautiful Tree Carving Wooden fridge magnet. You can have it personalised with anything you like above and below the loveheart with  up to 12 letters. I went simply with 'We Love Daddy' I love that you can see the actual grains in the wood and the bark trim all around the edge of the magnet. At a price of £9.99 you can't grumble for a unique personal gift.
For any sweet tooth Dad's out there what about this jar of retro sweeties. Filled to the brim with some favourites like Love Hearts, refreshers and rainbow drops, it's sure to take your Pops for a trip down memory lane. As with all things on Getting Personal you can customise the label with up to 25 characters and priced at £14.99 for a small jar and £19.99 for a large jar.
Dave loves a bit of fishing so when I saw the Gone Fishing flask I had to get it. In a lovely aluminium finish engraved with words of your choice. You can have 3 lines of engraving on the flask of up to 12 characters per line and also below the fish motif you can have a further 50 characters. It has a click open valve for easy pouring and a screw off lid for your drinks. It's a lovely gift for a fisherman or even someone who enjoys the outdoors. Priced at £14.99
We are technology crazy in our house but have a distinct lack of safe places to store then. This retro Superman tablet sleeve is perfect. It zip closes and has a soft fur lining to protect your devices screen. It fits all tablets up to 10 inches and is priced at £13.99.
When he has the chance Dave likes the odd pint of beer so the Super Dad engraved pint glass priced at £8.99. It has the loved S logo and room for engraving, below the S is the scroll for the recipients name, there is room for 18 characters. Below that there is room for a 115 characters split over 3 lines, so you really put whatever you for your personalisation.
The last item again for anyone with a sweet tooth and a little sentiment thrown in, the Sweet Words, Sweet Boxes are just the thing. Priced at £22.99 you get 8 boxes that spell out 'I Love Dad' and inside each box is a different sweet. Lots of Dave's favourites cola bottles, fried eggs, cola cubes, jelly babies, super shrimps, love hearts, fizzers and refreshers chews. Its safe to say the sweets wont last long in this house!
Do you have any ideas for Fathers Day yet? Or are you a socks and aftershave kinda person, I love the above options and think any Dad would love to receive them!

Thanks For Reading
