Degustabox April

The end of April meant another Degustabox, however it was little bit special as it was an International themed box with items from around the world. I look forward to my Degustabox each month and love opening it and seeing what inside. For anyone who doesn't know what Degustabox is you get between 9 and 14 items per month in a surprise parcel priced at just £12.99. If you fancy trying one yourself you can use the discount code TTIBM for £3 of the cost of your first box.
As I always do I have done a unboxing video over on my YouTube channel to see whats inside. It was a jam packed box this month with something for the whole family!

This months box contained 17 items from 11 brands, bear in mind as a blogger I am sent the items from both the alcohol box and the non alcohol box which is why my box has 17 items. As always I have broken the box down into beverages, snacks and cooking items.
I have heard of Kingfisher before but I have never tried it, it had a bit of a bitter taste at the end for me but Dave really enjoyed the taste. A bottle retails at £2 per bottle and is India's number one selling beer. I have never heard of Wonjo which is a fresh ginger root drink, it didn't taste great and looked like really diluted vimto. I have had Scheckters Organic energy in a previous box and I really enjoy the taste. It retails at £1.35 a can which is a little pricey for a drink, but it is a natural energy drink.
The IdrinQ drink was enjoyed by Dave again, who will give anything a go, he seemed to enjoy it as he drank both cans. The cans retail at £1.49 and are billed as a new generation drink to help you think smarter. I love a good cuppa and I really enjoyed the Barrys Tea, an Irish company since 1901, they have spent years honing the gold blend flavour, priced at £1.75 they make a good brew.
I was really impressed with the snack selection this month as where the children! The debeukelaer cookies went down a storm, priced at £2 for 4 cookies in a box they are a little bit of heaven. Big chunky cookies with a creamy cookie centre. The Nandos crisp had a real kick to them even the Peri Salted one, the spicy chicken where my bog favourite, priced at 69p per bag, I would definitely buy them again. My children are huge Kinder fans and where doing cartwheels to see choco-bons and the mini cereal kinder in the box. They retail at £1.55 per bag but are a good rice when you want o share between 4 children and cheaper than buying them a kinder egg each.
We are big pasta eaters so the addition of the cirio items where a welcome addition, I really liked the individual tomato puree pots and the filet tomato will be a great addition to my spag bol, retailing at £1.69 and £1.20. I have tried the Veetee in a previous box and don't mind a good microwave rice, these are both new flavours to me though and the smelt so fragrant when I cooked them, they retail at £1.49 and are worth the spent as the portions are fab to. My Dave loves a good curry and its usually a jar threw on top of some chicken as I'm not a fan, so he loved these Schwartz recipe mix sachets. They are really simple to use and you just add your meat, priced at £1.08 there fab cupboard staples.

Make sure you look out for next months box coming soon and don't forget to use the discount code above if you want to give it a go yourself.
Thanks For Reading
